Dishonest management.
Poor Management Service and very rude
Highly recommend not living here! Lived there for 2 years and was filled with constant problems that management only tried to fix through emails to residents. Just a few of the issues- constant smoking in and outside of building, washer dryer that broke 3 times within a 2 yr period, most of cardio gym equipment broken and never got fixed, grills broken, parking is horrible with not enough room for residents (visitors parking in resident parking), previous car vandalism, part of hallway flooded and management didn’t care to t... read more
The Good: Helpful staff and maintenance repairs were fast. The layout of the apartment is nice and gas stovetop a big plus though I never used it. The Bad: Overwhelming smell of a strong deodorizer like Febreze that I found impossible to remove through my own cleaning including an air purifier. This “deodoring” chemical caused me headaches and nausea; not an uncommon reaction. Cigarette smokers hanging out in the parking lot and cigarette butts all over the ground at the entrance. It was a great place to live, but overtime, it got so ridiculous, the smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the building and outside, tenants were smoking on their balconies, being disrespectful to other tenants, who don't want to smell it, 1 month after moving in, I wound up being admitted in the hospital, spent 6 weeks there, when I got home, I was not able to work, i spoke to management about payments and they told me that as long as we are paying what we can, we would be fine, they lied, cause I received eviction notice, ... read more
