It was a great place to live, but overtime, it got so ridiculous, the smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the building and outside, tenants were smoking on their balconies, being disrespectful to other tenants, who don't want to smell it, 1 month after moving in, I wound up being admitted in the hospital, spent 6 weeks there, when I got home, I was not able to work, i spoke to management about payments and they told me that as long as we are paying what we can, we would be fine, they lied, cause I received eviction notice, ... read more
Vehicles have been vandalized multiple times. Parking is really bad, not enough parking spot, and parking spots are so small that that vehicles get dented from other careless Tennants. Barriers make garages unusable for cars. Would not recommend of you care about your vehicle.
I have had a great experience the three years I have been at Waterford Management is great and they are always willing to help out and were even able to extend our lease while we were waiting for the completion of our home. Darlene,Libby and Kathy are the best and we are very thankful to them
