Terrible place to live! The apartments are small, way overpriced, everything is broken all the time, and the management staff is horrible. They are very rude, miss things, and honestly do not seem to care. Would not reply to email and not recommend at all. Management better you take care of your staff or change it.
I’ve lived here for 4 years, and the unit, location, maintenance, and grounds keeping are top-notch. I love the maintenance staff particularly. Unfortunately, however, within the last 7-8 months, the resident community has changed rather substantially. Drug use close to the entrances of buildings, behind dumpsters and behind the rented garages has become very common at all hours of the day. We moved here recently and so far we are loving it! Darlene at the front office was very helpful. She met with us a bunch of times, answered all of our questions, and helped us find our perfect apartment. She was fantastic and we appreciated all of her help. She made sure we secured a garage and she went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. We love the apartment and already used the indoor pool and hot tub! The gym is not well maintained — the treadmills are old and not working, and no one seems to care about replacing them. The usual response is, “There’s no budget for replacements
