I've been at Waterford almost a year and love it! The Office Managers are so sweet and on the ball with any problems or questions....the maintenance crew is very quick to respond to fixing things....and the neighbors are super friendly. If you happen to be out at 9pm walking your dog, you will hardly hear a peep except for the crickets. It's the best in Hickory!
The apartments are beautiful, and the management team is top-notch! Jessica and Michelle in the office are always friendly and helpful, and Alex and Chris from maintenance do an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly."

Waterford Place Apartment Homes are awesome! I am just over a year in and love it! Prompt attention is paid to maintenance issues, the staff is friendly and supportive and everyone I have met at Waterford is friendly and kind. Lots of sweet pets there too! I don't have one but I see so many cute dogs and again, friendly folks! Highly recommend Waterford Place!
