Taylor and Jasmine both are top tier, informative, professional and also VERY HELPFUL. They are definitely good at what they do. Grounds/Maintenance does an amazing job by keeping the property clean and getting things fixed ASAP! I’ve lived in a few apartments throughout my life and this is by far the best choice.
Taylor assisted me with a tour of an apartment that checked all my boxes. She was extremely kind, informative, and she made this an easy process. I got my approval fast and I couldn’t be more appreciative of Taylor and her assistance during this journey.
This is an amazing apartment complex to move in too. My leasing agent Jasmine was so helpful and super nice and professional, she answered all my questions and made my move in quick and easy.
Ms. Jasmine !!! All I can say is 10/10 highly recommend anyone and everyone to ask for her in the leasing office at Waterford! when I walked in both her and the other young lady in office had the most pleasant- welcoming spirits ever! jasmine was very kind , knowledgeable and made my me feel comfortable while being there. Now, I am super excited to know I've just gotten approved to become a resident. my babygirl and I are looking forward to being apart of the Waterford Palace community ! :)
