I am extremely disappointed with how management has handled an emergency maintenance issue at this property. My air conditioning has been out since LAST THURSDAY. It is now Thursday again. An entire week later. It is currently 91 DEGREES inside my apartment! From Thursday through Monday, I repeatedly called and left messages on the emergency maintenance line and submitted maintenance requests through the resident portal. I received no response. I’ve have been living here 3 years now. Everything was fine until Morgan Properties bought out the old owners. Currently the maintenance is under staffed, they came up with a bunch of stupid rules out of nowhere they’re charging me an amenity fee for internet although what I was paying prior was $20 cheaper. Good luck getting a hold of anyone at the Morgan headquarters, the manager has promised to have a regional manager call me to address some concerns. If you talked to them so have I. Jasmine(leasing office) is the best!!!! She had so much patience with us during this process. Filling out the paperwork/computer, setting up apps, assisting with payment information, MLG&W information, key cards assistance, changing apartments to meet our deadline, etc. Jasmine really showed compassion to us and made this transition very smooth. I HIGHLY recommend the Waterford place apartment , i have a great experience with Ms. Jasmine, she is so very welcoming, kind ,so sweet and very professional, she tells you every details that what you wanna know about the leasing in the apartment, she walk with me and give me a tour and she tells me details by details about the apartment, OVERALL IS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND SERVICES.
