Pool never clean, people let they dogs doo doo all over in yo yard or on the premises.. I thought they were suppose to pick the shit up. Other than that its cool thoe
They never answer the phone or respond back to emails when there’s a real issue. It’s ridiculous as a residence.
The management is professional and that's a plus. On another hand the ac is always going out or doesn't blow the way it should. It's nice but the heat makes it very uncomfortable to live here especially at the price these apartments cost should be more comfortable to stay inside if I choose to do so. Because of the apartment is always 80-90 degrees in side I give it 3 stars

The grounds are pretty but the sidewalks often have goose droppings, only cleaned when there is an inspection from outside agency. I along with several other tenants have mice, and tenants are totally responsible for traps, bait, etc. I never had this issue with other apartments I have rented. Office manager is rude and more of a warden. She also has certain tenants who report to her and their word is taken without proof. She definitely has favorites.
