EDIT: they sent email saying they missed me at the appointment they cancelled, clearly nobody at the wheel of this property. I had an appointment to view an apartment on Sunday. They sent a confirmation text for that appointment then called an hour or so later to tell me they rented it, and if I want to view an apartment, it will have to be tomorrow morning. Normal one star behavior from a one star property.
The ladies in the office did a great job making a good first impression and were extremely nice and helpful, which I love. The community as well, everyone was out and about and seemed friendly. I had Megan show me around and she was very nice, answered all of my questions thoroughly just overall professional and cool. Met Stephanie the property manager, she is a hoot had me crackin up and is super friendly/ knowledgeable, had a great time chatting with her while filling out my application. Great apartment's for a reasonable price with alot of store's available within few miles. Ask for RUSS if you need maintenance assistance.
