Had a work order put in for the bathroom. Russ did a wonderful job when he came to fix the issue. He cleaned up after himself and left a note so that we knew he was there. The maintenance staff is wonderful and so is the office staff

First off let me say this if it wasn’t for HAROLD in maintenance I would’ve been packed up and left. They changed management so things are changing but the previous manager JESSICA moved to corporate and she literally was a blessing, the sweetest most understanding person ever. The apartments here are clean, the location is perfect being closes to shopping as well as occ, and I felt safe here. Neighbors were pleasant. The staff is kind and always helpful. When living here I needed maintenance and they went above and beyound and addressed the order fast. This is a quit, safe, and nice place to call home.
This place is an absolute joke they take money from you for applications and a hold fee and don't refund it on top of having you put a guarantor that they don't even use unless you approved by yourself first these people are bottom of the barrel trash and need to learn how to run a proper business DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY they magically decline your app as soon as they get there money yesterday they needed more documents from me to screen my app and I collected them to send to them today and they magically screened it witho... read more
