Very peaceful, safe and affordable community. There has been a lot of growth and noticeable improvement especially since new management has taken over. The units are spacious and less expensive than most townhomes in the area. Good place to consider!
I lived here over 10 yrs and the best property management team was the most recent. Ashley resolved issues efficiently and with clarity. The staff is always pleasant and the space and affordability make it a great place to live. Ashley and staff make living here a joy!!!!! The amenities are amazing the gym is modern and spacious. I’ve been living at Waterford Apartments for three months, and while there were some positive aspects, overall, it just wasn’t the right fit for me and my children. To start with the good; the neighborhood was well kept, my neighbor keeps their area clean and well-maintained, and Renee in the leasing office has been an absolute darling. I live at Waterford Park apartments for 3years building 7445 . Hailey / Ana are truly 2 amazing managers if you have any requests or any concerns. Truly believe that Hailey and Ana are on top of it. all request handle in a timely manner.Waterford is truly a hidden paradise off University!
