These apartments are absolutely amazing! It's a shame I'm moving away after being here for 2 years. Kristophor is such a great manager, and he's exceptionally helpful in every which way. He's always on top of everything, and very attentive to any concerns you may have. Mark, the maintenance supervisor, and his team are also great! I'm recently retired, & I don't know when (or if) I've had a better place to live. I've been at Waterford for just under a year. Kristopher & the management have been exceptional, the maintenance staff is always on the ball, the grounds & location are excellent, & the unit itself is very comfortable. I love this place!
