Have lived here for almost a year, and it has been a wonderful place. Maintenance is always prompt if we need anything, and Mr. Kristopher has been an amazing landlord. I recommend Waterford Apartments with my whole heart, and hope to call this little Oasis home for many more years.

These apartments are absolutely amazing! It's a shame I'm moving away after being here for 2 years. Kristophor is such a great manager, and he's exceptionally helpful in every which way. He's always on top of everything, and very attentive to any concerns you may have. Mark, the maintenance supervisor, and his team are also great!
