We moved into an apartment on Sept 30th at Waterford on Mainstreet and had to clean the kitchen cabinets and vacuum the carpet ourselves. The cabinets had many dings and imperfections. The pantry cabinet door was broken and dangling from the hinges. A note was sent to the management company and "Ezra" responded with concern about our listed shortcomings. Staff is excellent, and helpful when needed. The community is kept clean, low noise, and great amenities. It's a great location to live in the Parker area.

Seems great at first, and then the unexpected expenses begin. Plan to pay when you move out too! They keep your deposit, and charge you more. They will tell you that you will get your deposit back (after utilities) if you clean every appliance, touch up the paint, and, oh don't worry about cleaning the carpet. And that would be a lie! They will bill you $170 to paint, $120 to clean and $90 to clean the carpets! Get you credit card out.
