Everyone from the assistants to Dr. Alpert provided excellent service all around. I initially visited Dr. Alpert and he gave me a diagnosis quickly and with no "b.s." attached. I was then provided an estimate (every detail of which was explained by the assistant) for the cost of the procedure. When I got the procedure done Dr. Alpert and his staff made every effort to make my visit as comfortable as possible in addition to educating me as a patient about the options, outlook, prognosis, etc, of my diagnosis.
