As always, nothing but great things to say about the entire staff!
After being summarily dismissed by another Dentist, who should have had my files on their premises but apparently lost them in a partnership merger, Dr. Alpert's office came to the rescue. Michelle was very sympathetic and this carried through to them squeezing me in so that I wouldn't be without a front tooth for a second day. Chris was reassuring and Dr. Alpert showed the necessary but often missing balance between bedside manner and professional demeanor. Very pleased!

My experience at dental care of Waterford was excellent. The whole staff from the dentist to the hygienist and secretary was very courteous. The hygienist was polite and very informative, letting me know what I need to focus on regarding my teeth. I would recommend dental care of Waterford to anyone looking for a great dental experience.
