Just do not waste your time or money here. For $2k a month you can find a complex owned by a competent management company with a maintenance team who will actually fix what breaks in your apartment. I can't stress it enough: if you move here, it's on you. Lol.

RecommendedCommunity is kept clean, staff is responsive to requests, maintenance staff is timely and professional, generally very quiet in the buildings. I like it! Overall great place!
scam! such a scam. when u move out they charge u for everything. A family lived there and in order for them to get the unit ready for next tenant they charge u for painting, carpet shampoo etc. i mean what do u expect after someone moves out that the carpet will be crystal clear ??? walls will be brand new paint??? scam scam. they will take ur money no matter what .

not friendly stuffs. and guest parking is pathetic. whenever you call the management office for any help - the service you will get is very bad. for trash pickup we are giving 30$ per month but most of the day they are not picked up and management office least bother.
Literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. They lied to get us into a lease, they don’t communicate with you when your autopay gets turned off, they don’t help with issues with neighbors, and they are rude. Living in this complex was the biggest mistake. When I asked about an error the staff had made they threatened me with taking legal action against me. Between the lack of sleep and the disrespectful staff I wish I could just leave. If you are thinking of living in lone tree do not live here. It is not worth the stress
This place is an outdated, overpriced nightmare. Socially awkward and dishonest staff.
