Fast response from maintenance and friendly staff all around especially in the front office.
For me, the value in this community lies in a few different areas. First is the excellent location. You can't beat it in Clarksville. The second is rent is a fair price for the property. The maintenance team is the best of any place I've ever lived. In the four years I have lived here, I can't think of a single issue that's gone more than forty-eight hours to be resolved.
