Absolutely LOVE living here. Repairs are done promptly (and right the first time!) by a staff of great individuals. My kids have grown up here, and it's a great community! Everything seems to be close by from dining, groceries, fast food and sit down restaurants, doctors, dentists and more! Management cares about the happiness of their residents and goes out of its way to do the "right thing". I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!
After moving out of this complex, i decided id like to leave a genuine review. Before doing so, I just want to shout out E, Tony, and Brad from maintenance as they made the stay so much better for me. Jennifer and Iesha from the office were also such amazing women to work with, Jennifer exceeded my expectations of an office manager and I thoroughly loved her. Waterford Landings has truly exceeded our expectations as a place to call home. From the start, the management team has been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely invested in creating a strong sense of community. One of the standout features of living here is the variety of family-friendly events hosted throughout the year. I wanna commend Toni and the rest of the maintenance staff for always doing their work efficiently and professionally. They’re also approachable, friendly and always willing to help.
