For me, the value in this community lies in a few different areas. First is the excellent location. You can't beat it in Clarksville. The second is rent is a fair price for the property. The maintenance team is the best of any place I've ever lived. In the four years I have lived here, I can't think of a single issue that's gone more than forty-eight hours to be resolved. I just want to do a big shout for the maintenance guy Brad..my daughter lost her cell phone in the field close to the car wash and a maintenance guy gave it to Brad..Brad was very quick to notify us her phone had been found and he brought it to her within minutes..Thank you so much Brad and the other maintenance guy..you sure did bring a big smile to a 19 year old girls face..thanks for going above and beyond..We are so grateful:)
Brad, one of the maintenance people, came out after hours to do a repair even though it wasn't urgent. He was nice and I appreciated him coming out even though he didn't have to. He also fixed it the first time and I haven't had that problem again.
Absolutely LOVE living here. Repairs are done promptly (and right the first time!) by a staff of great individuals. My kids have grown up here, and it's a great community! Everything seems to be close by from dining, groceries, fast food and sit down restaurants, doctors, dentists and more! Management cares about the happiness of their residents and goes out of its way to do the "right thing". I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!
After moving out of this complex, i decided id like to leave a genuine review. Before doing so, I just want to shout out E, Tony, and Brad from maintenance as they made the stay so much better for me. Jennifer and Iesha from the office were also such amazing women to work with, Jennifer exceeded my expectations of an office manager and I thoroughly loved her.
