Parking is terrible. Apartments are nice could be updated a little, prices could be better but maybe that’s just a Charlotte thing. Great experience to me overall though I probably will renew my lease.
I love the community but it's 3 things I have a HUGE problem with & extremely unhappy about. Parking & trash .... if I'm paying 36 dollars or however much it is if I have 2 bags of trash then it should be collected! To tell me what my limits are is ridiculous and as for Parking I pay enough rent to not have to pay for a parking spot because you don't have proper parking 4 my building. it's totally unfair let alone assassine that I should pay 2 have a place to park my car😤😤😤😤😤. The property manager Crystal is by far The most understanding the most flexible the most reliable property manager I've had in any apartment complex she has helped me in ways that she doesn't even understand. She will go the above and beyond for her resident's we need more property manager like her
