Refused to fix a leak I've been having since April
I've lived at Waterford Glen a couple of years now. My apartment floods anytime there is alot of rain the staff does not send anyone to clean the carpet for almost two weeks at a time. I have mold they do not have a cleaning service so the hallways are always filled with trash and the steps. The washer and dryers are broken on all three floors. It snows and they do not keep up with having a safe walk way at all. The AC has not worked in two years even tho it's in my lease. They have a high turn over in the front office. I've... read more
