My wife and I lived there from February 2019-March 2025. We hadn't planned on staying as long as we did, but the staff was friendly, available at all business hours, and would answer your questions as needed. The apt's were spacious, and the rent really affordable for the size of the apt you got in return. Location seemed to be in center of town which was convenient and the neighborhood surrounding apartment complex seemed safe. Maintenance was quick to respond to major issues. Lived here in 2022. The kitchen had thick grime caked to every surface and took hours to clean enough to be able to cook. the stairs inside had a constant urine smell. after multiple attempts to have something done about it, I was told to wait 2 weeks to have the carpet on the stairs replaced. When they finally replaced it about a month later I got to see that it was stained like it was SOAKED in cat piss on the bottom. If you are thinking about moving here, don't. It seems like a great place to live until you actually move it. Maintenance is horrible and it takes forever for them to help you. The ladies at the front office do not want to help you. They are rude and have no idea what they are doing. I have called up there multiple times with questions/issues and they take months to be resolved.
