Lived here in 2022. The kitchen had thick grime caked to every surface and took hours to clean enough to be able to cook. the stairs inside had a constant urine smell. after multiple attempts to have something done about it, I was told to wait 2 weeks to have the carpet on the stairs replaced. If you are thinking about moving here, don't. It seems like a great place to live until you actually move it. Maintenance is horrible and it takes forever for them to help you. The ladies at the front office do not want to help you. They are rude and have no idea what they are doing. I have called up there multiple times with questions/issues and they take months to be resolved. I love it here, its very quiet and the move in process was very seamless.
Takes weeks to fix anything. Fleas and ants in apartments. Have now been told 2 times their “guy” would come spray.
