I have lived in these apartments since August of 2021, I believe. Boy how time flies. I just signed another lease for my third apartment here at Waterford Glen. I had a three bedroom in the beginning, then downgraded to a 2 bedroom, and now to a one bedroom. All due to life changes, and each apartment so far has been a great experience. I have not had any pest issues, and if I did, they would be quick to send someone. The maintenance team is amazing and quick to answer to any service request I have ever placed. Great staff, very helpful. Move in process was very easy. Ladies in the office are amazing!!
There a mini dog park with a poo disposal, multiple dumpsters, small pools 8ft deep, that get maintenance weekly, nice maintain grass, a fitness area. There 5 washer and 10 dryer at least in the apartment I'm reviewing. They're tap and pay and cost 2.75$. It take you a pop up website and tell you how long you have or add more time which cost .25 per 5 minute. There are community events mostly bingo. Good luck! They show you the nicest apartment during the tour and then stick you in a dirty, pest infested place. Lord help you if you live in the Q section because the amount of water issues for those building IS INSANE. There’s no reason the Q section should have more water issues combined (including hot water broken 2x, tub above me leaking, and water shut offs) than any other section.
