One of the amazing benefits of living at Waterford East Apartments is the maintenance crew. I put in a work order and it is fixed either same day, if they are not busy or next day. Today, Miguel fixed my exhaust fan. Although he encountered some issues, he did not give up and made sure it worked before he left. As a matter of a fact the new exhaust fan, works great and it has little noise compared to the grinding noise the previous one had! The whole maintenance team is amazing to be honest. Thanks Miguel!
