I recently did an online request early in the morning for maintenance to ck out my air/ heating unit as the heat was not working, by early afternoon that same day it was completed! Thank you Sean for your prompt attention to this matter and taking the extra time to leave a card saying the job was completed. Thank you so much my apt was once again toasty😃 Maintenance at Waterford East never fails!
When I first came to Waterford East looking for an apartments. Mariah listened to me and knew what I want and needed. Mariah told me to fill out the application and go on the waitlist and I should hear back between 3 to 6 months. 4 months later and here we are, just moved into my apartment and everything is going great!!! Thank you Mariah and staff!! I really appreciate you helping me get in my apartment…
My mother and I, have lived here at Waterford East Apartment over 15 years and we’re so pleased with the community Manager, Jennifer and her staff. Especially appreciation to Eric, our Community Service Manager and his team, for working very hard to make the residents are so comfortable. Take it from me if you are looking for a nice community in, your Waterford East Apartment its your choice definitely. Once again, thanks to all of you.
