I want to take the time and thank Desiree Mariah and the whole team in the front office for making the experience, not only myself as a caregiver but for my grandfather for Jose Murillo, whom wanted to live close to his grandchildren. I loved working with Mariah!! She’s very diligent and always ready and willing to help. She made the whole experience much less stressful than any other application or move I have done. She goes above and beyond and it truly appreciate it. Waterford East Apartments is lucky to have her and we are lucky to have worked with her. I recommend her 100%. Thank you Mariah! The place is nice but be careful when you move out they will do everything for charging you anything and not pay you back the deposit.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing process of just TRYING to live here. After spending $180 on non refundable application fees and $350 refundable holding fee, we were denied due to our income being too high (despite this being a miscalculation of our income). We were told file a dispute, just to be told they would not consider changing the status or looking at the entire years worth of paystubs we sent for clarification, because they have to make sure the process is consistent.
