Mariah made my move in experience a smooth transition. She was quick and efficient. My needs and urgency became her needs and urgency whenever we communicated and we had a little unexpected occurrence she was a quick thinker and less than five minutes she had a solution this was all while I was in the midst of heading to the airport. Jennifer amazing. All other office ladies rude and need customer service improvement. Lilana or lily whatever her name is, is EXTREMELY rude. Worst person in the office. Gave attitude and hung up the phone aggressively. She needs to be reviewed by corporate she needs special training in customer service
Parked here in the guest parking lot over the Christmas break to spend some time with family. I was unaware about the backing in rule as there are no signs around where we were parked, my car was parked for 4 hours before they towed it. The complex told the sheriffs office they had me towed because my “tag was expired” which it doesn’t expire until 07/2025. The towing company told me it was because I backed in. Ridiculous rules with no signage, and when I contacted them they made 100 different excuses as to why my vehicle wa... read more
