Horrible management I live at this complex and while the buildings and grounds are nice the management is horrible. They ignore complaints and treat you very poorly. This last summer when temperatures were over 90 degrees I had to go into the office 3 different times before my air conditioning unit was fixed. On those visits I also told them the drier they provided was not working properly. The only reason that got fixed is because I told the maintenance man about it when he finally showed up to fix my air conditioning. The ... read more
Pretty good place to live! I moved in Waterford Court Apartment from August 2005. This is a very nice place to live with spacious patio and beautiful lakes. Only one thing needs to improve is to provide fitness facility. Overall it is a good place.
