What a joke of a clinic! They hung the phone up on me when I was only 8 minutes late. I left work early and drove all the way from Patterson just to be told that they had to reschedule me as I was pulling into their parking lot. This clinic is a joke, and I would never go here if I had a choice. They’re lazy and incompetent.
This is the worst clinic I have ever been to or have taken my kids to. I love Gloria, but dislike the front staff every time I try to make an appointment for both of my kids. They always say I have to come at two different days. I can’t make the appointments back to back. Filling out Medical forms is another issue. I can never make multiple appointments if my daughter is sick, I need a medical form or a physical. All those have to be separate appointments different days. It’s ridiculous.
