I'm supposed to establish care tomorrow and they tried to cancel my appointment saying i was not assigned to the health center in Waterford, which I did call my insurance to switch over, I even left a reference number about a month prior. The person I spoke to was extremely rude almost makes want to switch back to golden valley. the employee needs to be restrained, she even tried to argue with me until she realized the note was there.
