Nice complex
Nice, quiet apartment complex conveniently located near I-77. Not too far from Charlotte but far enough to not be in the center of all of the traffic. Staff & maintenance are helpful and requests are handled in a timely manner.
At first this was a nice place to live until rude people started to move in and the office lack of care for their long term residents. Had problems with neighbors not picking up pet waste (in front of my space) as well as upstairs neighbor pounding and running around like they're in a marathon. When I brought this up to the office, they seemed to care but at the end the same problem persists and they told me there is nothing they can do.
