Great place to live
We love how close the apt is to shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues. It is a quiet community with well-kept grounds, and quick response time to maintenance requests. The package/locker system is handy and a breeze to use, and we can't say enough good things about the excellent ongoing communication from the office to the residents. Great job Waterford! We are happy to be a part of such a great community.
Even in these challenging times, Waterford at superstition springs, has improved, the staff are compassionate and professional, this is still a peaceful Place to live. After 11 years, more longtime Residents care about the community. As well as others we are a family.
As we come to an end here at Waterford, I have to say it has been a good experience. Helpful staff, great maintenance and well kept up community. While there has been minor struggles such as the trash, they have been great with communication every step of the way, which is something I value. If you are looking for a nice place to live, you have found it!
The apartment itself is nice, but loud neighbors and no noise ordinance policy in the lease agreement I could find. Middle unit can hear so much of the upstairs banging and stomping. Rent top floor or hope you have courteous neighbors otherwise you’ll probably regret it. EDIT: 5 months in and we’ve had our doormat stolen from our front door. Also the trash compactor is ALWAYS broken. The one good thing I can attest to is maintenance being timely on work orders.
