I’ve lived at Waterford since end of July 2024, and from start to present the experience has been wonderful. The staff are incredibly kind and very communicative. My 1Bd 1B is spacious, has great natural light from all the large windows, and is very quiet. I work from home and have two dogs, so I spend a lot of time inside my apartment and around the complex. This is one of the best complexes I have lived in! Very clean and well kept community, always looking to improve things around the complex, they have done way more renovations and maintenance in my almost one year of living here, than I have had at all the complexes I have been in put together, some places drag their feet and aren’t willing to invest in their community, so it is great to have a place where they are constantly looking to improve and make the residents living the best! Waterford at Superstition Springs are the best apartments. The Maintenance team always comes quickly when something needs fixed. The front desk team always has my answers when I have questions. The landscaping crew always comes on wednesday morning and makes the complex look presentable. The individuals who run this complex really care about the residents and we greatly appreciate that.
apartments are nice and quiet, the gym is always clean and open!
Have lived here for almost a year, our experience has been nothing short of pleasant. The staff are always friendly and informative, and hold monthly events for the tenants. Food truck is available frequently for nights you don’t want to cook or leave, and the grounds are kept tidy and updated. Plan to renew our lease once it comes up!
