I'm not one that will usually leave reviews, however as this is the first apartment I moved into I felt it was needed. From the beginning the leasing office was a big help and made the move in process seamless, answering any questions I had. I understand that every rental unit has issues every now and then. The maintenance team was always there the next day to address and fix any maintenance requests. And at the end of my lease the management team was helpful and professional in the close out process. Mold, cockroaches, helicopter managers, oh my. The one star is for the big apartment and the maintenance —not worth it! Good luck in your apartment search but this one we do not recommend.
I had a horrible start to my morning when I accidentally threw my keys with my trash in the trash compactor right away an employee Brandie walked up and took control, made a few phone calls and Eric one of the maintenance guys was on his way to come retrieve them for me, then Chana the supervisor was walking his dog and jumped right in the compactor and got my keys.
