Mold, broken trash, cockroaches, helicopter managers, large move out expenses for normal ware and tear, oh my. The one star is for the big apartment and the maintenance —not worth it! Please do not be gaslit by the fake reviews. Good luck in your apartment search but this one we do not recommend.
I agree with Alex's review on the noise....People on the floor above playing their loud, booming music all the time....
apartment itself is nice but loud neighbors and no noise ordinance policy in the lease agreement i could find. middle unit can hear so much of the upstairs banging and stomping. rent top floor or hope you have courteous neighbors otherwise you’ll probably regret it.
I'm not one that will usually leave reviews, however as this is the first apartment I moved into I felt it was needed. From the beginning the leasing office was a big help and made the move in process seamless, answering any questions I had. I understand that every rental unit has issues every now and then. The maintenance team was always there the next day to address and fix any maintenance requests. And at the end of my lease the management team was helpful and professional in the close out process.
