I am a new resident at Waterford at Southlands, less than a month. They require residents to do a full move in checklist. I do not have a problem with this other than what the resident is doing is basically an inspection of what has been done to the apartment before move on, because the management can't be bothered. I asked how specific I needed to be and I was told very specific. Patchwork painting was done. Manager informed me that they paid a third party contractor to do a full painting of apartment.
