The building itself is fine and some of the staff are genuinely great. Helpful, professional, and proactive. However, one of the male staff members is a different story. He is rarely available during working hours, and when you do reach him, he is dismissive and disrespectful. I have personally had him hang up on me mid call when I raised a legitimate concern about a building amenity. This level of unprofessionalism is not acceptable in a residential building.
Not bad building decend. Was better. ..the only think I don't like they. put heat to it's minimum you can barely feel it. In hallway other than that still decent compared to other places
In my personal experience, I lived in this building for about six months. The building appeared old and poorly maintained during my stay. I experienced ongoing plumbing issues, frequent water leaks, and the garage door was often not functioning properly. In my case, a water leak resulted in damage to my new car, and the landlord did not take responsibility or provide a resolution.
