Not bad building decend. Was better. ..the only think I don't like they. put heat to it's minimum you can barely feel it. In hallway other than that still decent compared to other places

I experienced ongoing plumbing issues, frequent water leaks, and the garage door was often not functioning properly. In my case, a water leak resulted in damage to my new car, and the landlord did not take responsibility or provide a resolution. Continuous construction and frequent maintenance activities create persistent noise, which can be frustrating, particularly when working from home. Given the price, the overall quality and services do not fully match expectations. That said, with some major improvements, this could be a recommended place to live. The location is definitely the standout feature.
The guy who works there is so unprofessional and impolite .. I tried to call few weeks ago he answer me with very unprofessional way of speaking and his English is really garbage saying that he is busy and he will call me to book a viewing or a tour .. I waited 2 weeks then called again telling him I was expecting you to call me then he start to scream and yell at me telling me not to shout ..
