I know several people who live in this apt. complex. The apartments appear to be in good shape, however the wood below the windows are rotten and when it rains it leaks into the living room which damages the carpet. The manager does not fix things properly (she gets family members to do repairs). The tenants are afraid of complaining too much fear of getting evicted.
