Highly frustrated with my stay here, mind you this is my second term after renewing my lease. I feel strongly that was a mistake. I reported service repairs for leaks since July 2025. The A/C unit had a leak which I give credit when it’s due. It was fixed immediately due to water damage on the carpet. Maintenance used my cups (personal property) in my cabinet to drain the leak without my permission but it was fixed during the hot summer so I disregarded that and did not report a complaint. I have lived here since may 2025 and have reported a leak in my bathroom since day 1 and it's still leaking. Also the washer and dryer they provide with the unit are garbage. The washer doesn't wring out the water all the way therefor making u use ur dryer more. They charge for water and say ur rent is quoted at 725 mine was almost 1000 last month due to all the extra phantom fees they charge. Im never late and I'm not a lot of trouble. I suggest getting a thorough background check on maintenance workers before they enter your apt for repairs. Please get a indoor camera. Trust me you will not regret it. Also, my dishwasher never worked after all the request for repairs were made.
Gym door is very jammed, I can never open it. Management knows about this issue. But it is always jammed. Very inconvenient.
