I moved out a may of 2024. . After many issues and situations that I don’t mind calling out, the last straw was the vacant apartment next to me leaking and water got to my closet. This closet is small and compact, so I packed a lot of clothes on the top and bottom. During the month of February (2024), I was sick for weeks with a reoccurring respiratory infection. I called the Waterford to get rates and see what units were available. I talked to KyShonna and she was a great help ! I highly recommend her for any questions you may have. I will be making this apartment my next move.
Outside of all reviews I read I was overall treated respectfully, the manger guided me through every step & was consistent with communication & any concerns was addressed immediately…. I actually like my apartment it’s pretty chill I’d Recommend
