Maintenance refuses to ever fix anything, walked in to the apt, said he didn’t know what was wrong and left, never got an update until days later and only because I had to go into the office to find out what’s going on and they claim they thought it was fixed, clearly bc yall love to mark orders as completed when it isn’t. Do not move here!!!!! This was a whole nightmare from moving in to moving out. The apartments themselves are really nice but they run up your rent bill with random charges and fees every month and don’t explain what they are and charge them on top of your agreed upon rent. The maintenance never wanted to fix anything. They would mark my request as fixed or said that I didn’t answer the door for them but they would never come!! Security sucks. They are never there. We went to look at apartments to rent a new place, but the person in the office was incredibly rude and didn't explain things well at all. We definitely won't be coming back. It's a shame, because when someone visits a property, they should be treated nicely so that they're more likely to rent the place.
