Don't know this company for work but one of the drivers just about plowed into my car going east on 392 trying to merge. There was no other car behind me but he made sure he was going to get ahead despite safety concerns. Aggressive driving in a big white company truck is a poor choice! Please drive with consideration, that was so unsafe!
After 6 months of looking along the upper I-25 corridor we learned about Waterfield and made an inquiry. Kerri showed us the community and the variety of floor plan options. Moving from a rural town of about 14,000 and wanting to downsize a bit and have less yardwork, Waterfield was an amazing choice for us. Great community with a very reasonable HOA and a location that can't be beat! Close to Old Town and the highway, trails and shops. Working with Massimo in the Dream Finder sales office was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to bring another client to see these homes and tour the model. Affordable and accessible! Hard to find these days.
