I just got off the phone with waterfi, and they told me that they're not going to do anything for my Fitbit Flex that conveniently stopped working because I'm outside of warranty. I purchased the water kit last year spending over $300 that included earphones w/ iPod Shuffle, the Fitbit Flex (that's supposed to be waterproof but everytime I swam with it they had to replace it) because they are LIARS AND SCAMMERS, and a swim cap and a water bottle.
