I'm a fan. The first time I was here, I managed to get a desk for a month. With that being more access than I needed, I was able to move to a day pass model without any static from the property manager. I've never had issues with anyone and as long as you are mindful of your volume levels, you should be okay.
This was one of the best decisions I've made for my work routine, Hardihood is the best! The space is clean and well managed, secure and mostly quiet place to get things done, not to mention the snacks, nearby coffee shop and friendly "coworkers" in the space. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a change of scenery from your home office, thanks so much Jennifer, Scott and Andrea!

I operate a small property management company and was looking for a centrally located office for our employees. I rented a private office within Hardihood Cowork and it has been the perfect fit for us. The location is excellent, centrally located on 30th St in North Park. We also love the atmosphere.
