Awful experience for my “bride day” My friend and I both live over an hour from here in opposite directions so it was about 1/2 way for both of us. I scheduled our appt for a massage at the same time weeks in advance. The day we got there we were told there was an emergency and one of the therapists wasn’t able to make it in. (This same thing happened to my friend years ago when her and her husband went there!) Perfect if you enjoy being forgotten and inconvenienced. have now been sitting in the waiting room for my manicure and pedicure for an hour and 20 min. No one has even come by to check on me or let me know how much longer. My mother in law was admitted immediately for her massage and facial and we expected to be finished at the same time. Now we are going to be late for our dinner reservations. I'm about to just cancel my services, I would never come back again and you shouldn't waste your time either.
My sister and I spent a very relaxing day at the spa....it was great! Lori did our mani pedis and Anne was our massage therapist. They were both very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend a visit!
