Marcello and his team did fantastic work for us. He was quick to respond to questions and provided his answers. We did two projects - 1) Flowerbed stone work and 2) Flagstone patio. The completed work looks great and we have a good looking patio. Marcello took time to walk me through the entire process and delivered on what he promised. His customer service is outstanding. I would certainly recommend his company to all who are looking for innovative high quality work and customer satisfaction.

The crew from Waterfalls were very professional. The work was finished faster than I thought. I was really impressed at the way they kept me informed through every step. I will definitely be giving them a call on my next project.
Marcelo and his crew did an outstanding job! They were very respectful. They kept the workspace cleaned and they cleaned up after the left. It was an outstanding experience and my yard looks so incredible!

I had an appointment at 6pm for a consultation. I drove 40 mins to meet with Marcelo. 30 mins after the scheduled appointment time I called the company and asked for an ETA and was told that something came up and the he (Marcelo) wanted to reschedule for the next day. I told him my situation (New construction in a new subdivision and that it was a far drive in both miles and time to meet at the scheduled appointment time) and was told that he couldn't do anything. This crew really works hard and respects a homeowners property. They cleaned up after themselves daily. The work was amazing and i even added to the job in the middle and Marcello agreed without hesitation, even though it ment more work to accomplish what i asked for. They showed up on time and consistently which means a lot to a homeowner. I will use these guys again and again and whole heartedly will recommend them to all! Thank you for making my vision come to life.
