Staff is u professional very rude and they lie about the pricing over the phone to get you to come in. I Clarified over the phone it would be five zero $50 bc of his accent didn’t know if he meant $60 and when I said five zero $50 he said yeah once time to pay he acted dumb and said no it’s $60. Ended up paying $63 and The male nail tech was making threats that he was going to cut my fingers off I had to call the cops. My first time getting a design was a success. Just what I wanted and a little spider more.
Walked in for a mani pedi and was seen quickly by the very friendly Bella Will be coming back soon (:
Just left, went for a manicure and got a regular polish. Once she was done I sat and waited for them to completely dry and this was the end result!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! And to clarify it got like this on both hands! I asked her to fix it and all she did was add top coat or something which did nothing. && to top it off the last photo is something I saw walking around while waiting....
I went in for a fill at a salon I’ve been coming to for years, back when it was owned by Lisa. Suzy and Henry seem to be the only ones still there from back in the day, and honestly, I think they’re a big reason many loyal customers still come back. Today, I got a fill and asked for a nail design. Back in the day, a design like this would cost me around $10. Today, I was charged $50 just for the design.
