Just left, went for a manicure and got a regular polish. Once she was done I sat and waited for them to completely dry and this was the end result!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! And to clarify it got like this on both hands! I asked her to fix it and all she did was add top coat or something which did nothing. && to top it off the last photo is something I saw walking around while waiting....
I went in for a fill at a salon I’ve been coming to for years, back when it was owned by Lisa. Suzy and Henry seem to be the only ones still there from back in the day, and honestly, I think they’re a big reason many loyal customers still come back. Today, I got a fill and asked for a nail design. Back in the day, a design like this would cost me around $10. Today, I was charged $50 just for the design. As a customer of this nail salon, I had a very bad experience. The staff were disrespectful and unprofessional, and the equipment and salon did not appear clean or sanitary. I came in only to remove existing gel polish, but during the process my nails were injured. Even when I expressed that I was in pain, my concerns were not respected. As a result, the nails on both of my hands became damaged, very sensitive, and painful. Because of this experience, I will not return to this salon and would not recommend it to others.
Trying a new nail spot closer to work and I’m so happy I gave them a chance! 🩵✨ The salon is super bright, clean, and inviting. I loved the entrance and easy self check-in process. They also had SO many color choices, designs, and service options.
