Zero star because I went to get a pedicure and they hurt my nails they cut them very small and I bleed that's not professional you don't have to pay when they do the job badly.
I don’t even know where to start with how unhappy I am about my pedicure here. I came in for a pedi and a gel manicure, and while the gel mani was amazing, the pedicure was an absolute disaster. The older lady who did my pedicure was rough, rushed through it, and didn’t seem to care at all. At one point she even cleaned one of her pedi utensils on my foot, which honestly grossed me out. Massage was great but they ripped my cuticles so bad and left polish all over my cuticles also I have no idea how green is silver
They just lost me as a loyal customer I’ve come here for five years. I get my French tip with no other color no other topping literally just the white tip across with gel topcoat. They have never charged me 10 extra dollars for this because I don’t use any other polish like I said I’ve been doing it for five years. I’ve never had any issues today.
