Having lived at Waterfall Hills for more than 17 years, one thing has remained a constant: The property manager and her maintenance staff have always been responsive and professional when I have needed assistance from the office. Whether I have a question regarding my rent or the property, or the rare times I have a maintenance issue in my apartment, their response time is speedy and courteous. Moreover, they well-maintain this beautiful "property in the woods."
★ 1 star Beware Waterfall Hills Apartments in Canton I recently toured this place — absolutely the most disgusting, misleading experience I’ve had while apartment hunting. The positives: • Tour guide Sandy was nice and professional. • They’re offering up to two months’ free rent, which sounded appealing at first. But that’s where the positives end. Absolutely Love Living at Waterfall Hills! I’ve lived at Waterfall Hills for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. I recently toured Waterfall Hills Apartments, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The unit was in terrible shape — the walls were dingy and damaged, the bedroom carpets were stained and filthy, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Everything looked neglected and poorly maintained. The washer and dryer were another issue — both looked rusty and old, not something anyone would feel comfortable using.
