Waterfall hills is not built around community. They can host all the events they want, and the warmth will still be missing. Not only do you have to pay an extra $300 for the “amenities” but you also have to pay them to use the larger washer and dryer. Living at Waterfall Hills has been a truly enjoyable experience. The office staff is outstanding—always professional, courteous, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is equally impressive: every request was handled promptly, with professionalism and care, and they always left the space clean and tidy. It’s clear that both teams take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to call home.
Having lived at Waterfall Hills for more than 17 years, one thing has remained a constant: The property manager and her maintenance staff have always been responsive and professional when I have needed assistance from the office. Whether I have a question regarding my rent or the property, or the rare times I have a maintenance issue in my apartment, their response time is speedy and courteous. Moreover, they well-maintain this beautiful "property in the woods."
