We moved here in 2018 and I couldn’t be any happier. I had two minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of immediately. In the seven years we have lived here we have never had any issues with anyone. The other residents in the building we live in are kind, courteous and friendly. We've lived at Waterfall Hils for over twelve years and can only say that most of those years were fine. There have been a few problems with upstairs neighbors ( excessive noise) who lived above us but you can't beat the mainentence services at our complex Problems are addressed prompltly. It is fantastic, especially Martin who is the head maintenance person. Good snow removal is number one in my mind. Things are taken care of in your units in a very timely manor. It's rare to feel that management cares as much for their community as much as waterfall hills does. With events always queued up and helpful staff, it's always a joy to interact with the community here and what they plan
