DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This is the worst experience renting an apartment one can possibly have. I was on a first floor unit and experienced the worst 6 months of living possible. The unit above me was privately owned and was inhabited by a horrible large woman who was seemingly unemployed and did nothing but stomp around and scream at her kids all day. If you value your time & money don’t waste it staying at this place. The management company tows your vehicles even though they were registered on the lease. They fine you for any and everything & they don’t like kids playing outside. They increase your rent by more than $100 each year but don’t tell you that until your first year is up. They have no special amenities like the other surrounding properties. They don’t fix anything but will bill you if they feel you did it. Terrible complex & terrible management company! I reached out to Waterfall Glen because I was interested in an apartment that was posted. I spoke to Shen-Quia regarding a tour of the complex and we worked out a time that same day for me to go view an apartment. Shen-Quia was amazing the entire tour. She had a great attitude, very welcoming, high energy, and a big smile the entire time. I decided to move forward with getting the apartment and Shen-Quia played a big role in my decision. Current tenant here. Package theft is a recurring issue here. I’ve had packages stolen after confirmed delivery, and multiple neighbors report the same experience. This is not limited to the holiday season….package theft has occurred at other times of the year as well. Despite ongoing complaints over the years, management has declined to add cameras or other preventative measures and does not allow residents to install cameras covering common entry points.
