My husband and I have lived here for 2 years. We have really enjoyed living here. We would stay longer, but we have to relocate due to new opportunities. The area is well kept. There is a washer and dryer available for use in the building, and I have never had trouble getting access to it. There is a greenway nearby for walking or bike riding. My family lives there. It has taken three years for management to approve a toilet to be repaired several times. All the while water comes from the bottom of the toilet, every time you flush. As many trips as maintenance has taken out, they could have just replaced the entire toilet. But they are cheap, replaced the floaty. Replace the handle, replace the wax ring. Over the years I’ve stayed here, we have had numerous maintenance men. Corey is hands down the best around! He always gets the job done quickly and keeps at it until the problem is solved. The complex would be in dire straits without him! We are lucky to have Corey around!
DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This is the worst experience renting an apartment one can possibly have. I was on a first floor unit and experienced the worst 6 months of living possible. The unit above me was privately owned and was inhabited by a horrible large woman who was seemingly unemployed and did nothing but stomp around and scream at her kids all day.
