After waiting 20 mins for our drinks - I had to ask about our orders and was told neither our drinks nor food orders were sent through. I can understand a busy restaurant can get hectic - some better communication/organization between staff and customers is very much needed here. The drinks were flavorless and shrimp tacos more breading than shrimp. The store-bought tostiloco chips didn't help the aguachile. Overall - the $87 price tag is a steep price to pay for such a mediocre experience.
This restaurant does not respect customers. I would advise against bringing your friends or coworkers here because customer service is very hit or miss or downright rude. Read the other reviews if you don't believe me. Depending on who is working at the bar, they will leave you standing at the entrance for 5-10+ minutes without looking at you once or acknowledging your presence. I don't mind waiting for a table, just say hi and tell me how long the wait might be. Heck, I'll stand in line for an hour or two for good pastries... read more
