HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I had to give this place 1 star or else I couldn’t leave a review here. They do not take responsibility for their operations. So I took my car for a wash, before entering the tunnel they had us wait outside because there was a car stuck at the end of the tunnel. The car had to drive off hitting the blocks that attach to the tires to move the cars. A after that they had us go in. I have tried many car washes in the area but this one has done the best job of getting the car clean. I looked at it today and it looks show room clean exterior. I'll definitely be a regular there.
