Terrible. They sell the skim around all in one without return policy disclosure. they fail to communicate well; hide behind website and no reply emails. they fail to support the warranty behind their product(s).
This company sold my name and financial information without my knowledge to an unknown pool service. Water drop pool service Will not return my calls or emails despite multiple requests. This has been a very poor business move on the part of water drop pools. Very disappointed. Could not recommend. This could happen to anyone.
High class company. The weekly service is like clockwork. The owner is always in touch to make sure everything is ok. A+
