My folks bought a brand new 5th wheel from Waterdog a couple weeks ago. Went up at the scheduled time to do walk thru and pick up. Unit was not detailed properly, carpets still dirty, debris in cabinets. Waterdog said it was due to employee issues in that department. Well someone should have called and said as much and rescheduled. That is part of your job as a dealership to detail a new vehicle for delivery. And have it ready, not make excuses. We've had a "working relationship" with Waterdog for over a year - RV shopping, parts, and repairs. Today we realized a crank was missing and we were having a bit of trouble understanding and operating the fancy stabilizer system and after a phone call or two, Raul actually drove to our house and brought the part and provided help.
