I called WaterDog to help with a pool issue and even though they don’t service in our area, Jessica helped me to troubleshoot our issue over the phone! So helpful and kind, I wish we could use them for routine service and maintenance!

Jessica is a blessing! My pump was not getting the suction from the skimmer it needed to maintain pump pressure. I called on Friday and she tried to walk me through the solution over FaceTime and told me to reach out if I had issues. Well…I had issues. Talked to her again today and she came out this afternoon and fixed the problem in no time flat. I will only call WaterDog moving forward for any of my pool issues.
