Went out of business before resolving water issues no longer in Spokane everything closed down
They disconnected there phone, the building is empty. No information, just disappeared in the night. Hope we don't need service, now we know why no one returned phone calls.
We got the water system last May and you can totally tell the difference in the way the water feels and tastes. We had a couple hiccups which were corrected by the company. I do not think we received enough of the supplies to last one full year, we are getting supplies from sonoma soap company and we already ran out of dishwasher soap. The shampoo really dries my hair out and I did contact sonoma soap company. It would be amazing if they used Mountain Soap company here in Coeur D Alene they have wonderful soap. Biggest bunch of crap I ever seen in my life! Good salesman great sales pitch! But that's exactly what it was a pitch horrible customer service! Worst I've ever experienced! I would never recommend anybody has anything to do with this company!
Water Daddy uses the Pure Selects Home Conversion kit in their contract and as a sales tool. Unfortunately they do not have enough follow through after your system is installed to turn in your orders for Pure Select. I have tried to contact them by phone, but there is never an answer and if you leave a message they wont reply. I have sent an email to the director but I see customer service is lacking from the top down(no reply). I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a water treatment system.
We had a sales rep, Matt come visit us in Dec. 2018. One of their marketing point was that we will get a restaurant gift certificate for a few hours of our time. However, we have not received anything after 6 months. My calls and emails have been not been returned. The sale rep was very good and we were considering the product but obviously you can trust a company with $10K product if they can't keep $50 commitment. I would give 0 star if I could ***** *
I don't have any complaints about the water softener system, as far as the customer service....it is not good at all. They do not follow through with anything they say. A pain in the butt to get a hold of. Would have looked into other options if I knew the service was crappy.
They have great water but never followed through with what they said. Service is crappy. They just sell you their product and once the deal is done everything else theybowe is forgotten
