Excellent service and really soft water. We called on a Monday, and they installed it the next day -- no wait at all. They did it in about four hours since we had an old water softener and they were able to use the lines from that, but, still, quick work, well done. And my wife's hair is super soft! I can't recommend them highly enough. We did have one small problem, and they were right on it, calling me to tell me how to fix it quickly and easily.
RecommendedWe've had our water Filtration System for about 4-5 years. When we bought our house the water had a horrible sulfur smell, it started staining our sinks and toilets. Once Drew and his crew installed the system the smell was gone, no more stains, the water looked very clear and the reverse osmosis tastes better than bottled water, imo. Every year they come to replace filters, if I have any questions or problems the team is quick to reply and help. Truly the best company to work with.
I can’t say enough good things about Watercure. We had our system installed this fall and have had to troubleshoot a few times. Every time we call with a question or concern, they never make us feel like a burden and are always willing to come to the house to check things out. If you need a good water treatment system and you enjoy excellent customer service, we highly recommend Watercure!

They installed my new system about a year ago. Been very pleased with it as I have very dry skin and the difference on my skin is a huge positive! The young man who serviced the system today was very polite and respectful. All questions answered knowledgeably. Office staff very polite, timely responses. Highly recommended.
These guys are awesome. As a first home buyer, water filtration systems are foreign to me. Drew and his team take the time to truly educate and inform about what exactly is going on and what needs to be changed and why. I so appreciate the length they go to to make sure their customers feel comfortable and understand. Cannot say enough about the customer service of this company. Watercure USA Water Softener & Water Filtration Systems are a great company to work with. I had a problem with my water pump and had to replace it, in the mean time all of the dirt etc got into the softener system. Called Watercure and they came right out and fixed the problem. Anytime I have had a problem or a question they have been there for me. I give them 5 stars.
We love our reverse osmosis system. We know our water tastes better. And the proof is that our dog and guinea pig doubled their water intake after we got our system. No kidding! And, Drew and his team at Watercure take great care of their customers. They don’t forget you after the install. Replacement filters and service calls are prompt and professional. Our reverse osmosis system is an investment in our health. I strongly recommend the products and the dealer to everyone.

Watercure USA exceeded our expectations. We bought a foreclosed house that needed a complete water treatment system. Drew and his group tested our well water and designed a complete water treatment package that included reverse osmosis faucets for our kitchen wet bar and main sink area .
