Today is October 7 2025 we have new people working in our office they did excellent service today they was very professional. Thank You.
My experience is awful we have lots of homeless that comes on the property. I seen roaches and rats outside the apartments, I have some of my outlets don't work, rent to high for a government housing, they charge you late fees when you are not late. We have no managers in the complex.
I have lived here 13 years and still haven’t had my mold taken care of that began with the sprinkler head falling off and the water flooding my window, ledge, down into my walls and over the ledge into my carpet. Now, there is also a hole in a pipe between my apt and another and they tried to cover it up and make it seem like it had been fixed; however. the sticky (and sometimes wet) floors don’t lie, Don’t get me started about those stealing our mail and packages; or damaging or stealing our cars; or….
Maintenance did a fast job i was in a rush because i had work and they came fixed dish washer refrigerator and microwave within 15 min . Front desk Person is the nicest really helpful and understanding !
