Maintenance did a fast job i was in a rush because i had work and they came fixed dish washer refrigerator and microwave within 15 min . Front desk Person is the nicest really helpful and understanding !
I strongly do not recommend these apartments. For a whole week, they lied to us that we, as candidates, are absolutely suitable and can expect to be settled. Then they began to ignore our calls, various denials began. Markesha is incompetent in her work. Just serving out his working hours. We only wasted time and money. And again we are looking for housing.
They raise rent at any time even if first year of lease is not finished yet. Place is not safe, neighbor's car was stolen, our window was broken. People don't clean up after their dogs, there's dog shit everywhere . Although I left my apartment a month and a half ago, the managers say that they have not found anyone to replace us. So lately there has been a lot of hanging out in front of the Redwood Square apartments I’m not sure what it’s about but they should find another area to hang out. It makes the complex look ghetto … 🤷♀️ ☮️
For several months, I have been calling the office and asking about available apartments. They always say the same thing — that there is no waiting list and to call back in two weeks. It’s unfortunate that there isn’t a waiting list. I would like to move in, but how can I do that, and how many years will it take for an apartment to become available? It’s unclear
