Have been using them for chemicals and water issues since I bought my home in 2000. Took my Polaris in for repair, slugging around the pool like a tired snail. Completely overhauled, I had forgotten how that thing could run, flipping and cleaning! No hidden costs, wonderful service! Saved us from 4x $$$ Polaris replacement and my pool is debris free!

Truly frustrated and angry that my pool is not clear and usable, 3 weeks after opening. I paid for a new filter and converted the pool to salt water this season. This was a major expense for me, and something I looked forward to all winter. Well, Father’s Day came and went, and I still cannot go swimming. Very poor service beware of Service manager. Does not follow up,rude and poor leader of his staff resulting in turnover. Expensive!! Watch out. Try another company.
