Recommendedwe somehow sucked up a poplar ball and the waverunner wasnt running Watercrafters fixed it in a very timely manner so that we got it back while we were on a camping trip Thanks watercrafters for a job well done

The most professional detailed full service ever. I drive three hours one way to take my 2007 Yamaha for anything outside an oil change, which I do myself. Nobody has touched my boat since 2008.
We have had excellent service over the past 5 years. Watercrafters takes excellent care of their customers. We use them at least once a year for an annual service and winterizing. Thanks Watercrafters!!
The owner had a bad attitude as soon as I walked into the store.. I had a good experience talking to one of his mechanics that was willing to work with me getting a part I need for my ski. Come in a week later to get the part I need, and it was a completely different atmosphere, didn’t feel welcome, didn’t feel appreciated for being a customer of theirs willing to pay money for certain parts and he just didn’t care.. I do not recommend anyone to use this place for business and I will not ever go back!
WOW... Found this place using a web search and could not be more pleased! Live a good hour away from the facility so initially decided to call for information... First impression on the phone was outstanding... They were friendly, informative and accommodating so decided to give them a try... Second impression also outstanding... I have had Watercrafters work on my Yamaha jet boat and PWC's. If you want a meticulous shop with great attention to detail this is the place. They are very experienced and helpful. I can't recommend them enough!
