My husband and I are very happy to have worked with Ian and his crew on our lakeside remodel. Our lot was not the easiest to work with and had a huge slope with lots of mature oak trees to work around. The final project included a large patio, fireplace, stone steps to the lake and a mixture of gardens. It turned out absolutely beautifully. If you are looking for a unique project, we would highly recommend working with them.
Ian renovated our courtyard last fall. He did a spectacular job. It was a small project for him but he gave it time and attention, ensuring that the final product was jaw-dropping. Ian's mastery of his craft, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail helped us create the outdoor living room we always wanted. (We can't wait to see it in bloom!)
We used Ian for a backyard patio and landscaping project at our home in Minneapolis. He was very flexible in planning and pricing. He had lots of creative ideas and a good eye for design. He paid extra attention to water drainage. He was great about communicating throughout the project regarding design, deadlines, and our reactions. Ian is very easy to work with and is one of the nicest contractors we've hired. We recommend him without hesitation.
