The greatest compliment we hear (and we hear it often) is when a initially reluctant patron, who was dragged in by their spouse or kids, says they never thought they would eat vegetarian food and now WaterCourse is their favorite restaurant.

I've been here 3 different times and every time I've gone in I have not seen a single person of colour working And 2 out of 3 of my visits I was made uncomfortable by the young male cashier/baker They're hospitable towards everyone else EXCEPT when another brown queer and myself entered to purchase dessert
