I lived in this place for about 2 years and towards the end I had a difficult experience with the management team. I shifted apartments within this community and they were not clear in laying out proper transfer of apartment information intially and had charged me so much extra in the disposition letter. Zalma Hernandez was the one who was in charge of the letter and she made obvious mistakes that I had to sit and calculate myself. Moved out Feb 28 after thoroughly cleaning per lease Section 48 (kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, etc.). Charged $330 for "deep clean" and carpet despite photos showing only minor smudges/dust (10 min fix). No carpet damage pics provided. Move in had broken blinds (fixed via tickets) and unclean carpet I cleaned myself. Left it better than received. Refused access to fix myself or joint inspection despite immediate objection. Zalma from leasing office said Property Manager would respond by Monday. No reply. They've ignored me... read more
My biggest concern living here was Zalma. She is extremely rude, condescending, and very unprofessional in the way she communicates with residents. I lived here for two years and recently moved out, and the move-out inspection handled by her was one of the worst experiences I’ve had dealing with property management. In my opinion, she is not suited for a customer-facing role. I have personally seen a few families decide to move out mainly due to interactions with her. Great place to live. The office staff. Is very professional.
Just came here for 3 months. Everything is all good here. The community is peaceful and clean, appliances are working well, and you can find groceries and great cafes nearby. Although it's built in 2018 everything is still maintained well. I'm glad that I picked here as my first apartment in NWA! The only problem is that the ventilation is too good so that my electricity bill spiked to an outrageous number during the recent winter storm lol... but hey who can anticipate that Arkansas would be that cold one day.
