They are awesome and fast
Carmen is very great & Friendly, makes you feel so welcome when arriving and is very detailed when it comes to explaining! she made me & my daughter feel so welcome and was very patient letting my 9 year old choosing her frames !
Carmen took us right in as my daughter was stressed out about her glasses breaking on her 21st birthday. She made her feel relaxed and helped her find new frames to replace the ones that were broken. She quickly popped in the lenses and helped my daughter arrange an eye exam on the spot through her insurance, and select new frames for another pair of glasses with an updated prescription. my experience at Waterberry vision center on Frost Road was excellent. I felt my eyes were in good hands and left in good condition and my eyeglasses came in very quick overall I would say it was a great appointment and I suggest anybody who needs glasses in a pinch for very cheap should come here
