The staff was very demeaning and mean. I felt like I was unimportant and an inconvenience.
I was forcibly discharged after repeatedly explain that my depression was worse than when I came in. Now I can't stop thinking about suicide and I don't know if there's any point in not committing to it.
i was supposed to leave on monday they decided my paper work wasn’t important and kept me the whole week just to tell me that i should have left a while ago and that the only thing missing was the paper work i cried 4 nights in a row at one point because i felt like i had just been forgotten ab don’t come her if you have mental issues you will get more
Someone who is important in my life went for an intake & sat with a APRN for 15 mins. They diagnosed (dx) him with a very serious & complex disorder which is totally unethical after a 15 minute conversation & no information from previous tx. It's one thing to dx for SUD or anx/dep, but...what this APRN did is NOT okay. WTBY Hosp, what are you doing?
