RUN do not walk but RUN from this complex. It is filled with nothing but INFESTATIONS and SLUMLORDS who just want money but are not willing to actually invest in and take care of these old run down buildings. There are 3 other apartment complexes on Janes Ave. that have been upgraded inside and out that charge the same rent the slumlords of Waterbury want to charge. Keep a sticker on your car and keep it up to date on registration with the office and you won’t get towed. Only 6 units to a building much preferable to large apartment living.
Magan Klepittcsh is manager who needs to be fired. So after i park here 7 years same vehicle contract towing decided to tow my vehicle for expired plate from my parking which is illegal. And car is registered on time in March and now is August. And she decided to argue with me for 15 min and she didn’t want to call or email towing company to help me get my car. So stay away from this condominium if you rent or wanna buy.
