I recently moved in and Sandra was wonderful from the beginning, went above and beyond to make it happen for me and the community is nice and quiet. Love it here!
Terry our maintenance guy is absolutely Awesome!! He always does an amazing job and is very efficient. He responds immediately and always ready to help. Best Maintenance I've ever had.
The maintenance tech Terry at Waterbury is amazing. He is always prompt & very professional. His explanations are always thorough .
The place is better as an apartment because you don't have anyone above you, or below you. Maintenance crew of course is on it. Terry is a good person and knows his job well.
Jake is awesome, he came today to fix something we needed, was kind and welcoming. Always has been. My lady and I have been here for a little over a year & are always pleased with Jakes genuine kindness. The only thing I find to happen consistently is the lack of communication/ empathy between the leasing office and the tenants. It seems that SNS provides the landlords w/ a set of responses.
