We have been at Waterbury for a year in a one bedroom, we recently moved to a two bedroom. I would like to take a second and mention that Keyanna was super helpful and available through our transition. Thank you Keyanna and the staff at Waterbury.
I love love love it here!! My apartment is absolutely beautiful. They keep the grounds well maintained and beautiful. The dumpsters are emptied a couple of times a week and never any litter anywhere. A big plus, they are dog friendly!! Management is attentive and kind. Maintenance is also amazing. Jason gets a billion stars for his professionalism, knowledge and he always gets the job done ASAP.

3/6/25 - Worth a mention -Jason with maintenence at Waterbury is awesome, he is always friendly and professional. That is a huge plus. **Update - 9/11/23- I did meet maintenance today who fixed something I needed fixed and he was very nice and I feel confident in the maintenance that is here, so atleast there is one good thing. ***EDIT - 9/2023*** I have lived here over 5 years now, and they just changed property management again, 3rd time. Currently on my 7th month of living here with nothing bad to say! Keyanna has helped with many things & is quick to respond with any questions/concerns. The complex is very clean & up-kept. Also any maintenance/work order is taken care of very very quickly. Most of neighbors if not all keep to themselves besides the usual “Hey how’re you” Would definitely recommend & ask for the queen of the throne Keyanna! Left 4 stars bc minor issues with the apartment but nothing Them/I can control.
