The place is better as an apartment because you don't have anyone above you, or below you. Maintenance crew of course is on it. Terry is a good person and knows his job well.
Jake is awesome, he came today to fix something we needed, was kind and welcoming. Always has been. My lady and I have been here for a little over a year & are always pleased with Jakes genuine kindness. The only thing I find to happen consistently is the lack of communication/ empathy between the leasing office and the tenants. It seems that SNS provides the landlords w/ a set of responses. ***Edited** 11/4/25 New review: Terry always does a great job!! We had 2 issues, 1 with the water heater, and also our freezer. He had both fixed within an hour. He makes sure everything is working and sounding good before he leaves. Thank u SNS, and Terry for quick responses to our maintenance issues!! I’ve lived here at Waterbury Apt for the last 7 years. I’ve lived here at Waterbury Apt for the last 7 years. It’s a great place to live. I’m close to Cherry Grove, Eastgate, and 275. SNS has done a great job remodeling, and updating the apartments. Anytime have had any issues with something wrong in my apartment, I just send a maintenance request and Terry addresses the issue quickly. He come and sees what’s the problem, and goes gets what he needs to get it fixed within a few minutes to an hour. The whole company has always been great to deal with.
Siry is an amazing leasing agent so pleasant very helpful when I moved to renovated apt . Shay & Kaseem who take calls from tenants are very professional & courteous. They transfer to the appropriate person. There maintenance is very good I had the pleasure if Terry who was amazing very thorough & did the work in a timely manner.
